Shipping Terms and Conditions [by OURES ORIGINAL]
At OURES ORIGINAL, we strive to provide timely and efficient delivery services through our robust logistic partners to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless. These shipping terms and conditions outline how we process and deliver your orders within Pakistan.
- Shipping Areas/Regions
- We currently offer delivery services within Pakistan only. No international Deliveries
- We deliver to major cities and towns via available best sources. Delivery to remote areas (GB, AJK, Capital territories, Remote area of KPK and Baluchistan) may take longer and could incur additional charges.
- Shipping Costs
- Standard Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders over PKR [2500]. For orders under this threshold, a standard shipping [Flat rate] fee will be applied based on the delivery location.
- COD (Cash on Delivery): Available for most locations within Pakistan. A nominal fee may apply for COD orders, depending on the delivery area.
- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. No order will be proceeded without payment confirmation.
- We respect personal time of our staff. Hence All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- For COD orders, processing may take slightly longer due to verification procedures (Call/email confirmation)
- Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, all Major Cities.): Delivery will typically take 3-5 business days to reach at your doorstep.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the location within PAKISTAN and depends on weather condition.
- Tracking Orders
- Once your order has been dispatched at your delivery address, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.
- You can track your order directly on our website or through the courier’s website using the provided tracking details.
- Packaging
- We ensure that all items Quality check is performed and are securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. We recommend, when you receive your order, please make a video before opening the parcel (will be asked for refund)
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment (one business day). Once the product has been dispatched, the cancellation request cannot be processed, and the return policy will apply instead.

- Late Delivery
- While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays may occasionally cause delays.
- In such cases, we will notify you of any changes to your delivery schedule.
- Undelivered Packages
- If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund.
- Any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer and for refund after deduction of shipping rate (flat rate) refund will be proceed.
- Special Delivery Instructions
- If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leaving the package at the door or with a neighbour), kindly provide this at the time of ordering (this will be done on advance payment not on COD)
- We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot guarantee that these requests will always be followed.
- International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time. Apologies of inconvenience.
