  • Products can be returned if:
    • They are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Make your before opening parcel.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

    • For Both Scenario – flat shipping rate will be charged on total amount.
  1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value.
